At Samaritan House, we are incredibly grateful for our community of over 1,800 dedicated volunteers. Whether you volunteer weekly, monthly, seasonally, or at special events, each of you plays a vital role in our mission, and we deeply appreciate your commitment.
To ensure everyone has a fair chance to attend our Hats Off To Ending Hunger Gala, our Volunteer Team will be sending out a few trivia-based emails leading up to the event.
Volunteers who volunteer for set up will be done with their shift by 2 PM.
Volunteers who assist during the gala reception will have access to the reception only; not the ballroom. These volunteers will be asked to follow the dress code for the gala: floral- formal attire. This volunteer shift will be done at 6:45 PM.
All set up/ reception hour volunteers will enjoy a refreshment room for breaks.
However, to fully enjoy the evening's festivities, volunteers will need to either purchase a ticket or win one through our trivia raffle.
Thank you for your continued support, passion, and understanding. We’re excited to celebrate with you!
